re: website error

it appears that there is an error in the whitehouse website, it lists the vice president’s office as part of the whitehouse and your email address is listed as vice_president@whitehouse.gov. how could this offense go unchallenged? any fool knows that you are a constitutional entity unto yourself and have nothing to do with the executive branch. please have this fixed as soon as possible lest some pesky citizen thinks you might be accountable to someone or have to follow the laws of us mere mortals. thank you for your merciless rule over us inferior beings.

a million steps

curious about how long it would take to take a million steps i zeroed out my pedometer before going to bed on april 15th. yesterday i passed the million mark, so roughly 66 days. the more i walk, the more i realize that our fair city treats pedestrians as third class citizens. personally i'm sick of it. the seattle department of transportation (sdot) is developing a pedestrian master plan, which is probably intended as to be anemic document with pretty words that makes it sound like we care, we really really care, about those nice people who choose not to drive. the reality is that sdot is a juggernaut that almost entirely focuses on automobiles and will continue to do so until the people take back our city.
